Terms of Purchase & GDPR

This is how a purchase works with us and how we look after your data. If you have any questions, you are welcome to write to [email protected].

About us

Vitalita Design AB (reg. no. 556372-2429) sells art and textiles by the artist Anna Maria Eiderbrant. Postal address: 13150 Saltsjö-Duvnäs. Email: [email protected].

1. Purchase and payment

2. Delivery

We ship with PostNord, or you collect the work from us. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after you order. We are responsible for the goods until you have received them.

3. Right of withdrawal

4. Complaints

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act you have three years to complain about defects. Email us and describe the defect, preferably with a photo. We will correct it free of charge, replace the goods or refund your money.

Everything we sell is handmade. Small variations in colour, pattern and size are part of what is handmade and do not count as defects. The colours may also look different on your screen.

5. Liability and copyright

We are not liable for delays or defects caused by circumstances beyond our control, for example labour disputes, fire or delivery problems at a supplier, to the extent the law allows.

All works, pictures and texts on the website belong to Anna Maria Eiderbrant and may not be copied or used without her permission. When you buy a work, you buy the work itself, not the right to copy or distribute it.

6. Personal data (GDPR)

Vitalita Design AB is the controller of your personal data. When you order from or email us, we process what you provide yourself, for example your name, address, phone number, email address and what you have ordered. We use the data to handle your order and fulfil the agreement with you, and we never sell it.

We only pass on what is needed for the purchase: to PostNord for the shipping and to the payment service or bank for the payment. We keep the data for as long as it is needed for the purchase and any complaint, and accounting records for seven years under the Accounting Act. After that it is deleted.

You have the right to find out what data we have about you, to have errors corrected and to ask us to delete it, except what we must keep by law. Write to [email protected] and we will help you. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

The website has no accounts, forms or web analytics and uses no cookies of its own. The typefaces are fetched from Google Fonts and the film on the Exhibitions page is shown by Vimeo, which can then see your IP address.

7. Disputes and changes

Please contact us first, most questions can be solved by talking. Otherwise you as a consumer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, arn.se (Swedish). Swedish law applies to the agreement, but if you live in another country you keep the protection of your country's mandatory consumer rules. We may change these terms. For your order, the terms that applied when you ordered continue to apply.
